5. we will taste some white rice prepared with cheakpeas and drink ayran with it.
6. we will taste some ciğ köfte ( a veg dish made of fine wheat )
7. we will taste fısh dürüm ( wrap ) roll into a thiny lavash bread with vegetables and spices.
8. we will taste some dessert 3 options for dessert simple one, the one with walnuts or the one with pistachio.
9. we will take a sit and have some turkish black tea or turkish coffee at the last stop accompained coal- fired chestnuts.
