Overview
We pick you up in San Juan and drive into the green mountains of San Lorenzo. At Hacienda Muñoz you have about two hours to enjoy the farm at your own pace. Its coffee shop serves the hacienda's own coffee, voted best coffee by the public at Expo Café y Chocolate in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and the store sells bags to take home. Your ticket for the hacienda's 75-minute guided walk through the plantation, which ends with a small tasting, is included in the price. The walk runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Yiya's Restaurant, on the same property, serves traditional Puerto Rican food. On the way back, we stop in Caguas for about an hour before returning to San Juan.
