A curated menu showcasing staples like jollof rice, fufu with light soup, waakye, banku with tilapia, kakro (plantain fritters), kelewele (spicy fried plantains), and more.

Cooking Demonstration: Guests can participate in preparing simple dishes like kelewele.

Ghanaian Beverage Pairing
Expect to be served authentic drinks like palm wine and sobolo (hibiscus drink). A signature Efie Lounge cocktail inspired by Ghanaian flavours will also be served

So, you are in Ghana and yet to experience the food? Then, this food tasting event is the one for you. Within the experience, you will get to taste mutiple food types spread across different regions of Ghana. You will taste food like: Banku Tilapia, Beans Stew, Kenkey, Jollof Rice and so much more.
