• For hotel pick-ups, passengers must be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Delays beyond this time will be considered a no-show.

• Domestic flights: Passengers have up to 1 hour to reach the meeting point after landing.
