We offer convenient pick-up services for hotels located in the city center. For accommodations outside this area, we have four alternative meeting points: the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa on Avenida da Liberdade, or the Kiosk in Jardim do Tabaco, close to the Cruise Terminal, Cafe Jnais & Collect Radio and Food.

If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly confirm for you.

In case you decide later and haven't specified a pick-up location in advance, the default meeting spot will be the Cafe Janis Lisboa near Time Out Market.

For those choosing the pick-up near the Cruise Terminal, once you disembark, simply cross the street and look for our tour guides at the red kiosk right after the pedestrian crossing.
