Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

1. Travellers who are staying in the hotel should advise their room number to Arabian Desert Tours and Safari team and wait for our driver in the hotel's main reception.
2. Travellers who are staying in port should wait for our driver in the cruise terminal lobby.
3. Kindly feel free to contact our hotline number or connect us on WhatsApp for further assistance and guidance (We are 24 hours online on Whatsapp).

Additional information

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Specialized infant seats are available
  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any vomiting / sickness during the dune bashing.
  • Items in this section are on sharing/seat-in-coach basis.
  • Required minimum 2 persons to book this package. If minimum group size will not be met then the tour will not be confirmed and arranged.
  • If you require quad bike please let us know after booking.
  • Infants under 3 years are complimentary. But no car seat or baby seat will be provided. Infants need to be held on the parent's lap.
  • Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking(Child Rate applies)
  • Wear casual, comfortable clothes. Check the Weather condition, light clothes at summer, and long cloths with Jacket at winter.
  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately Subject to favorable weather conditions
  • Tours usually depart 8:00 am daily, so you must communicate with us after booking tour to arrange exact pickup location. (Subject might be change according to your hotel location)
