Overview

Explore Quito through the food, neighborhoods, and everyday places that connect the Centro Histórico with San Blas on a 3-hour walking food crawl with a local guide.

The experience begins around the Centro Histórico and gradually moves toward San Blas, combining traditional cafés, local food businesses, a neighborhood market, and places connected to Ecuador's cacao and everyday food culture.

Rather than visiting only restaurants, the crawl follows a local route through different types of food stops. Along the way, your guide introduces traditional Ecuadorian dishes, ingredients, drinks, and the customs surrounding how people eat and shop in Quito.

At each stop, the guide adds culrural context to the food and the neighborhood, helping you understand how Quito's culinary traditions are connected to its markets, cafés, family-style cooking, local ingredients, and changing urban culture.
