You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center/ Information Center in JFK, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle.
If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome /Information Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent.
