Pickup details

We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area.
Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location.
If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list.
Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm).
Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location.
Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions.
Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
• We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
• Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
• Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
• Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
• We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
• Updated depart time will now be at 5:15PM (edited 10/01/26)
• San Juan Cat is a pontoon boat and does not have a restroom onboard. There are restrooms available at the marina.
• We have 2 boats - San Juan Cat (Pontoon) and Victoria (2 Deck Boat). Victoria is NOT featured on this listing.
