Overview

Locally known as Crna Gora that literally means “black highlands” and also called "the most southern European fjord", this country is known for its forested hills that reach all the way to its pristine sea. From the Illyrian tribes and Romans who originally inhabited Montenegro to its unique role in today's political scene of Europe, you will learn two and a half thousand years of heritage and visit some of the most beautiful coastal towns on the Adriatic.
