What to expect

Guests will make authentic Italian pizza from scratch with a professional local chef, learning how to prepare, knead and stretch the dough before adding their favorite toppings. While the dough rests, they’ll watch a live artisan gelato demonstration and discover how authentic Italian gelato is made.
