Pickup details

At the Hotel: Meet your driver in the main hotel lobby. Look for a driver holding a sign with your name or the tour company’s name. If you need assistance, ask the hotel front desk to direct you to the pickup area.

How to Find Your Driver at the Cruise Port

After leaving the cruise ship, make your way through the cruise terminal and exit through the main port gate. Walk toward the Harbor Shops 5 minutes walk. Your driver/guide will be waiting with a welcome sign displaying your name.

Please keep your phone nearby in case your driver needs to contact you. If you have trouble locating your driver, contact us for assistance.
