Begin your experience at the local Mercado de Algés with our Portuguese chefs, exploring fresh fish, seafood, seasonal produce and other ingredients used in everyday Portuguese cuisine. Along the way, discover how locals choose ingredients and learn more about Portuguese food traditions.

Then head to our kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll prepare a traditional three-course Portuguese meal together, including a starter, main course and dessert. Everyone takes part in the cooking, with our chefs guiding you step by step.

We use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients and, whenever available, vegetables from our family farm in Mafra, creating a genuine connection between the market, the farm and the food on your table.

After cooking, sit down together and enjoy the meal you have prepared in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
