Pickup details

How to find us: your driver-guide, Kevin, will be waiting holding a sign with the lead traveler's name and "Bora Bora Magic Tour", next to our private dark grey Ford Transit EcoBlue Hybrid van (as shown in the product photos).

Main island hotels: pickup at the hotel lobby/entrance. Cruise passengers: meeting at Vaitape Wharf, right where the tenders drop you off.

Motu (islet) hotels (Conrad, Four Seasons, St. Regis, Westin, InterContinental Thalasso, Le Bora Bora by Pearl): guests will be picked up at their hotel's boat base on the main island or at Vaitape Wharf, not at the hotel itself. Please take your hotel's shuttle boat to the main island.

Drop-off: included, at the same location as pickup at the end of the tour.

Your driver-guide is the owner, Kevin. | SAFETY: Seatbelts are provided for every seat and must be worn at all times while the vehicle is moving. Your driver holds a professional licence for tourist transport and drives Bora Bora's roads daily. Vehicle: Ford Transit EcoBlue Hybrid van, maximum 6 passengers. Infant and child car seats are not provided. A short safety briefing is given before departure (boarding, seatbelts, staying seated while the vehicle is moving, getting out only on the safe side at stops). | ACCESSIBILITY: Stops involve short walks (generally under 100 m) on mostly flat ground; some viewpoints have uneven terrain and a few steps. Boarding the van requires one step up; the driver can assist. Not wheelchair accessible. Public restrooms are available in Vaitape and at Matira Beach. | FOOD: We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Please indicate them in the special requirements at the time of booking.
