Once your flight lands, we’ll send you a welcome text letting you know we’re ready for you. After collecting your luggage, simply text or call us and proceed to the Dale A. Gregory Transportation Center, located by the elevator directly beneath the sign. A member of our team will be waiting to greet you, assist with your luggage, and get you comfortably on your way to your destination.
Your pickup time is based on the time selected when you book. If your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled, there may be a brief wait while we coordinate your pickup. We understand that flight schedules can change and will always do our best to accommodate you.
