08:00 – Depart for Phan Thiet (Mui Ne) via highway (~3 hrs)
10:30 – Sightseeing in Mui Ne (order may vary):
Van Thuy Tu Temple – Home to Southeast Asia’s largest whale skeleton
Cham Ruins – Tháp Chăm Po Sah Inư – Southernmost Champa Kingdom site (8th–9th century)
12:00 – Seafood lunch at Cay Bang Restaurant (by the ocean):
Dried squid, fried spring rolls, steamed clams, grilled shrimp, rice with salted fish, stir-fried water spinach
13:00 – More sightseeing:
Fairy Stream – Walk barefoot through unique red and white sand landscape

14:00 Lunch with My Tho specialties: elephant ear fish, fried rice cakes, lemongrass fish paste, futeil noodles, pudding, tea/coffee.
14:45 Return to HCMC.
