Overview

Start, The "D. Nomikos" Industrial Tomato Museum is located on the beautiful beach of Vlychada in Santorini and is housed in an impressive, restored former tomato cannery. It is a unique venue that connects the island's agricultural tradition, industrial heritage, and contemporary culture. The museum is dedicated to the famous dry-farmed Santorini cherry tomato, a product with Protected Designation of Origin status.
Continue to the Venetsanos Winery. It is the first industrial winery on the island (built in 1947) with a unique architecture carved into the rock, operating under gravity. You will take a tour of the cave facilities and enjoy a wine tasting on its famous terrace, which offers one of the most stunning and unobstructed views of the Caldera and the rocks.
