Your experience begins at our PADI Dive Centre in Almyrida, where you'll meet your instructor, prepare your equipment and discuss your previous diving experience and anything you'd particularly like to practise.
We'll then travel together to the dive site. You'll begin in shallow water, where your instructor will guide you through essential scuba skills at a comfortable pace. These can include mask clearing, regulator recovery, buoyancy control and other skills based on your individual needs.
Once you're comfortable, you'll continue with one guided shore dive, giving you the opportunity to put those skills back into practice while exploring the underwater environment.
Along the way, look out for Mediterranean marine life such as octopus, lionfish, moray eels, scorpionfish and schools of fish.
The session is adapted to you, with plenty of time to regain your confidence and become comfortable underwater again.
Full scuba equipment is included, and you'll be accompanied throughout by an experienced PADI Instructor.
After the dive, we'll return together to the dive centre in Almyrida.
