We will meet and take an easy hike to a place in the Sedona Red Rocks, close to the Stupa. I will help you connect with the sacred energies of Mother Earth and explore your intentions. Our time together will be focused on awakening your inner goddess, helping you restore a connection to your feminine power so that you can embody your sensual beauty and true nature.
You will experience guided meditation, healing energy and in-the-body practices that restore a vibrant connection to your feminine light.
This session will ignite your radiance and teach you a new way to trust your inner wisdom. You will also learn a secret to creating a better connection with the earth, yourself and someone else. This session will have the added benefit of promoting greater feminine health.
