Start with Moroccan mint tea, then join her in preparing traditional dishes like tagine, or couscous, fresh salads, and berber homemade bread Made in clay . zahra will show you all the moroccan spices and herbs that she use in her daily cooking life, learn Berber cooking secrets, and enjoy your meal in a beautiful oasis setting. A relaxing and authentic cultural experience in the heart of the desert.
in zagora we have the local market two days per week ( sun and wed ) you can have a tour with zahra in the local market and buy all the vegetables and spices that you will need during you classes
