What to expect

You will be welcomed to the best cooking school in Naples to learn how to make fresh pasta and fried fish like a true Neapolitan! Following the advice of our chef, you will get your "hands on" by making fresh pasta, a symbol of Neapolitan gastronomic culture, gnocchi with seafood and then we will move on to the second course, fried prawns and squid. You will find a station ready for you with equipment, tools and ingredients needed to make the recipes provided. We will make and taste everything we prepare together. At the end of the lesson you will receive the complete recipe with the doses and the procedure to bring the flavors of Naples to your home too!
