As an introductory diver, you'll receive personalized attention with a 1-on-1 skills session led by a PADI Professional. Please note that all participants must clear a medical evaluation or provide a physician's note prior to the excursion. No refunds will be given within the cancellation period for failed medical evaluations. • All divers must provide weight, and date of birth and be able to swim.
• Divers must NOT be flying within 24 hours of diving.
• Dive Oahu has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled dive will result in forfeit of payment.
• Minimum age 10 years old! 10-11 year old require an additional fee.
• Must review and clear a medical questionnaire prior to diving. No refunds will be given for a failed medical release within the cancellation period
