Return to Marrakech after the waterfall visit. Arrival is usually around 6:00–7:00 PM, depending on traffic and stops. Return is to the agreed vehicle-accessible drop-off point; narrow Medina riad streets cannot be reached by the vehicle.

Pickup details

Activity start time at Ouzoud Waterfalls is separate from your individual hotel pickup time. Your assigned pickup time depends on your hotel, travel date, daylight, and the collection route. We will send your assigned pickup time, exact meeting point, Google Maps location link, guide and vehicle details about 24 hours before departure. Guests staying in riads inside the Medina are not picked up directly at the riad because our large bus cannot access the narrow streets. We will provide the nearest accessible meeting point to your riad. Please be ready 10 minutes before your assigned pickup time, keep your phone available, and monitor Viator Messages and WhatsApp. Return to Marrakech is typically between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. The route includes more than 300 steps and uneven terrain; bring sturdy walking shoes, water, sun protection, and a camera.
