Overview

Explore the Atlas Mountains, Aït Ben Haddou, Dades Valley, Todra Gorge and Merzouga on a shared three-day road trip, including a camel trek and desert camp night. Expect substantial driving each day, particularly the return to Marrakech on day 3; return times are estimates, so avoid tight onward connections.

Choose the accommodation category shown in your option: standard shared camp, mid-range private tent or luxury private tent. A private tent does not mean private transport. Confirm bathroom facilities, room-sharing arrangements and any single-occupancy supplement before booking if these are important to you.

Included meals are two breakfasts and two dinners. Lunches on all three days, the optional Aït Ben Haddou local guide and extra activities are paid separately. Bring layers for cold desert nights, sun protection and a small daypack. Medina riads use assigned accessible pickup and return points.

Pickup details

Pickup begins around 7:00 AM on day 1. Follow the exact assigned pickup time and accessible meeting point rather than assuming every guest uses the same location. Bring your booking confirmation, passport or ID and a small daypack. The return to Marrakech on day 3 involves a long drive; the arrival time is an estimate and may change with traffic, stops and road conditions. Avoid booking a tight onward connection that evening.

For Medina riads, vehicles cannot enter narrow pedestrian streets. Pickup and return are at the assigned accessible meeting point, not the riad door. We will send the assigned time, meeting-point name and Google Maps link through Viator Messages or WhatsApp before departure. Follow the final confirmation, allow enough walking time, arrive 10 minutes early and remain reachable for updates. If confirmation is missing, contact us through Viator Messages.
