Please provide your pickup location at least 1 hour before departure. You will receive the driver’s contact, vehicle photo, and WhatsApp confirmation. If your riad is inaccessible by car, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.

Departure reference time: 9:00 AM. Collection may begin approximately one hour before departure; follow the assigned time in your confirmation rather than assuming all guests are collected at 9:00 AM. Shared options collect other passengers. The Private Escape option is separate.
For Medina riads, vehicles cannot enter narrow pedestrian streets. Pickup and return are at the assigned accessible meeting point, not the riad door. We will send the assigned time, meeting-point name and Google Maps link through Viator Messages or WhatsApp before departure. Follow the final confirmation, allow enough walking time, arrive 10 minutes early and remain reachable for updates. If confirmation is missing, contact us through Viator Messages.
