Pickup details

Central Marrakech pickup is included. For Medina riads, vehicles cannot enter narrow pedestrian streets; pickup and return are at the assigned accessible meeting point. Hotels outside the stated pickup area may require an agreed extra transfer or a central meeting point.

We will confirm your assigned time, meeting-point name and Google Maps link by Viator Messages or WhatsApp before departure. Follow that final confirmation and arrive 10 minutes early. Do not wait at the riad door unless that exact location has been confirmed. Remain reachable for traffic or collection-route updates.
