    Participate in a guided tour of a young winery that produces only certified organic wines. You will discover wines with an authentic taste in the land where the first great Italian wine was born.
    A dedicated guide will lead you to discover the winery, telling you all the secrets of the process that the grape goes through from harvest to the aging phase in the cellar.
    The second part of the tour will continue to discover the history of Baglio Diar and its deep connection to the territory, and you will taste the most representative wines of the winery, whose labels are a clear reference to Sicilian culture.
    The wines included in the tasting will be five, and specifically:
    - Three white wines, Grillo "Selene", Catarratto "Dida" and Zibibbo "Fantasia",
    A rosé wine from Nero D'Avola grapes, "Lia",
    A red wine from Nero D'Avola grapes "Nedda".

    The tasting also includes a sample of the organic oil produced by the same winery, accompanied by typical local artisanal bread.
