Overview

I am happy to host you in my home nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Nguyen Van Huyen Street, just 5 minutes away from the big, bustling local market, park, and schools. You will have the chance to escape the tourist crowds and immerse yourself in the authentic daily life of Hanoi locals from sampling our street food to handpicking fresh ingredients in the market and observing local activities. With small classes for 2-4 people, my cooking sessions not only offer the cozy Vietnamese family atmosphere but also make it easy for you to explore Vietnamese culture and customs with me beyond learning to cook delicious cuisines.

What to expect

You can choose to attend the cooking class in the morning (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM) or in the afternoon (2:30 PM - 6:30 PM) with the following agenda:
• We will meet at my house (73/12 Nguyen Van Huyen Street) and then move together to the local market. I would love to let you try some tasty Hanoi street food and dessert there. After that, we will buy fresh ingredients for the class (1 hour).
• We will go back to my house, prepare and cook together (2 hours).
• We will enjoy the meal and get to know some Vietnamese culture (1 hour).
