Overview

Unlike standard horseback riding tours in Agadir that mix different skill levels, this experience is exclusively designed for complete beginners. We guarantee a stress-free, walking-pace ride where you will never feel rushed, intimidated, or left behind.

Furthermore, instead of the crowded tourist beaches, our trail explores the tranquil, off-the-beaten-path banks of the Souss River. This provides a rare, peaceful immersion into local Moroccan nature and birdlife away from the city noise.

Finally, we pride ourselves on ethical animal tourism. Our strict weight limit (80 kg / 176 lbs) reflects our deep commitment to the health, comfort, and well-being of our horses, giving responsible travelers complete peace of mind while they ride.

What to expect

  1. 30m
After a comfortable pickup from your Agadir hotel, you will arrive at our peaceful starting point near the Souss River. You will be warmly welcomed by our professional equestrian team. Since this tour is specifically designed for beginners, we start with a comprehensive safety briefing. Our guides will teach you the absolute basics: how to safely mount, steer, and stop your horse. You will be fitted with a mandatory safety helmet and paired with one of our gentle, well-behaved horses.
  2. 1h 30m
Once everyone feels confident and comfortable, the true adventure begins. We will set off on a gentle, walking-pace trek along the flat, sandy banks of the Souss River. This route is entirely off-road, away from traffic and city noise, making it incredibly safe for first-time riders. As you ride, you will enjoy the tranquil Moroccan nature, breathe in the fresh air, and perhaps even spot some local birdlife that visits the river. Your experienced guide will stay close by your side the entire time to take photos for you and ensure you are having a relaxed, stress-free experience.
