   Lunch at Olio Bello features gourmet wood-fired pizzas topped with local ingredients, fresh seasonal salads, and a glass of wine from the Blind Tasting Experience. This dining experience celebrates Mediterranean flavours with a focus on quality and freshness, all set in the scenic olive groves.

• Passengers are responsible for their own wellbeing during the tour. Waves of Wine Tours is not liable for: Medical conditions or incidents arising from food or beverage consumption and Injuries or reactions resulting from tour activities
• Any behaviour that endangers or disrupts other guests, members of the public, or venue staff will not be tolerated. Passengers may be removed from the tour if necessary.
• If a passenger is removed from the tour, Waves of Wine Tours is not responsible for any associated transport or accommodation costs.
• Guests are encouraged not to consume alcohol within 8 hours prior to pick-up.
• If a passenger displays signs of intoxication at any point: • They may be asked to take a break from tastings • In serious cases, they may be removed from the tour
• All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years or older.
