Weather: our boats have a covered top, so light rain or clouds do not cancel the trip.
We do not rely on weather forecasts or conditions in other cities; only the conditions at our marina at departure time count.
Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time unless the company confirms a cancellation in writing.
The licensed captain decides if it is safe to depart (unsafe = lightning, strong winds or a Small Craft Advisory).
If conditions are questionable, we will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
If the captain determines it is safe and the customer decides not to go, it will be treated as a no-show.
The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.
Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.
No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
