Round-trip transportation is available (if this option was selected) from most hotels located in the Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and Playa del Carmen. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide the exact pickup time at your hotel or the address of the nearest meeting point to your location.
If your hotel or accommodation is located outside these areas, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote for transportation and activity from your specific location.
