Before entering the city, we take the "scenic route" to the Cape Higuer Lighthouse. Known as the "Fig Tree Cape," this panoramic lookout offers a staggering view of the rugged Northern Basque coast. From there, we descend into the heart of Hondarribia’s Historic Center. Wander through a labyrinth of fortified walls and cobblestone streets, passing the imposing Castle of Charles V and vibrant, flower-draped balconies that have stood for centuries.
