Lucha Libre is much more than just a sport in Mexico; it is a cultural phenomenon that blends mythology, extreme acrobatics, and social catharsis. Here is what you need to know to understand the experience:
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: We will meet at Plaza de la Ciudadela—famous for hosting one of the largest and most diverse markets in the country—where the tour begins.
We will visit a *taquería* selected for its cleanliness and quality to enjoy tacos accompanied by beer or mezcal. (If you cannot eat tacos, please let the guide know so we can offer you other options.)
To kick off the festivities, we’ll have traditional welcome shots before heading to Arena México.
2 hours
Depending on the event schedule, we will take our seats to experience the show from start to finish. You should know that this is a highly interactive event; the audience acts as judge, participant... and even honorary wrestler!
We will provide you with your guide's number the day before your experience; your guide will be waiting in the square, wearing a uniform
