We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from selected hotels, Airbnb accommodations, and private residences within our designated service area in Mexico City.

Please provide your hotel or accommodation name and full address at least 24 hours before the tour so we can confirm your pickup location and time.

If your accommodation is outside our pickup zone, we will arrange a convenient meeting point in a central location.

Your exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before the tour via the Viator messaging system or WhatsApp.

Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our guide will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before continuing with the tour.
