Pickup details

Free Pick Up Included - Within 3km of the Boat Dock - If your cruise is at 5pm, your pick up is 4.15 to 4.30pm - if your cruise is at 7pm, your pick up is at 6.30pm from your hotel or designated place of stay.

Our dedicated tuk-tuk offers the convenience of picking you up from your hotel, within 3km of the boat dock.

The tuk-tuk will arrive at your hotel at 4.15 to 4:30pm and the driver will wait outside with a ‘Mekong Magic’ sign. You will then be driven to the Mekong Magic boat dock, ahead of the boats 5pm departure.

Where the location is outside of the 3km radius, pick up is not included.
