Overview

A private 2-hour kids fishing charter in Marco Island, built for families with young children and first-time anglers. Your boat and captain are yours alone, so the pace is set by your kids: lots of bites, lots of help, and no pressure. We fish the calm, sheltered backwaters and mangrove shorelines of Marco Island and the Ten Thousand Islands, just south of Naples, where the water stays flat and kids catch fish like snapper, sea trout, redfish, sheepshead, ladyfish and the occasional small shark. Your USCG-licensed captain baits hooks, shows everyone how to cast and reel, untangles lines and takes plenty of photos. Dolphins, manatees, pelicans and ospreys are common along the way. Kid-size life jackets, rods, bait, tackle and Florida fishing licenses are all included. Up to 6 guests on one private boat. When you arrive at Goodland Boat Park, find the flag pole and follow the sidewalk out to the dock, to the left of the boat ramp. Follow the docks to space 5, marked with a Marco Fishing Company dock box. Parking and public restrooms are on site. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.
