Join us for a karate training experience at a dojo where world champions train and teach.
This is a rare chance to receive instruction at the Shotokan Karate-do International Federation Headquarters, one of the world’s most respected karate organizations.
The session begins with an introduction to the history and philosophy of karate, followed by basic techniques such as striking, kicking, kata (forms), and promise kumite. You’ll also try board breaking, a highlight for many participants.
On the day, your training will be led by one of several top-level instructors with significant achievements in major tournaments such as the SKIF World Championships and All Japan Karate Championships.
Their accomplishments include:
Gold medals in kumite (various weight divisions and open categories) at SKIF World Championships
National titles in both kata and kumite
Runner-up titles in competitive national and global tournaments
To conclude, you'll enjoy a friendly exchange session and photo opportunity with your instructor.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced karateka, this immersive experience offers an authentic introduction to Japanese martial arts taught by true champions.
