The principal image is a statue of Eleven-faced Kanzeon Bodhisattva. It is one of the largest wooden carved Buddha statues in Japan (height 9.18m), and is counted as the fourth of the 33 Kannon sacred sites in Bando, and its lanterns have been passed down to the present day as a symbol of the Kannon sacred sites that represent Togoku.
