    After you shop til you drop at The Mall, we'll go on a pleasant drive through the Tuscan countryside to Florence where you can enjoy your remaining time surrounded by the Renaissance and Medieval beauty of Tuscany's capital. Your driver will give you a panoramic look at the city, after which you'll be free to explore the legendary city on foot. For the pinnacle of upscale shopping, take a stroll down Via Tornabuoni.

Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

You will be picked up either at your ship or inside the cruise terminal if you dock at that pier. DO NOT TAKE A SHUTTLE, DO NOT GO TO PIAZZA DELL'ARSENALE! Your driver will be waiting for you in the area designated for private drivers, holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver will be onsite ten minutes prior to pickup time. If you arrive earlier than that, you might have to wait.
