Next, you'll discover the tricks to the perfect corn tortilla before making your own from fresh masa.

Just over an hour later, you’ll set the table with responsibly-sourced artisanal serveware and build the tacos of your dreams using a wide range of fillings and a tangy green tomatillo salsa, smoky red molcajete salsa, and sweet, nutty salsa macha, among other sauces.

Allergy sufferers should know that, although they’re kept out of the cooking area and I have allergy pills available for guests who need them, there are two cats in the house.
