For apartment or private accommodation pickup, provide the complete address, building name, entrance details, and instructions for a location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.
For station pickup, provide the station name and exact exit in advance. Stations may have multiple exits, taxi stands, bus areas, and parking restrictions. Providing only the station name may not be sufficient to arrange the meeting point.
Thirty minutes of free waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable so the driver or operations team can contact you when necessary.
Pickup or drop-off arrangements may be adjusted when stopping, parking, or vehicle access is restricted by hotels, stations, private roads, traffic controls, vehicle size, or local regulations. A nearby legal meeting point may be arranged in such cases.
The booking includes one pickup location and one drop-off location. Additional addresses, sightseeing stops, shopping stops, meal stops, detours, and route changes must be requested in advance and may require an additional fee.
Night service fee: A flat JPY 2,000 applies from 22:00 to 07:00.
The overtime fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, JPY 10,000 per hour for an 18-seat Coaster and a 44-seat bus.
For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
