Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed pickup points within Tokyo .Please confirm your selected pickup point with us in advance.

For hotel pickup, the driver will meet guests at the hotel lobby or main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, preferred exit, and exact meeting point in advance. For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the full address, building name, entrance details, and any access instructions.

The driver will wait with the lead traveler’s name or contact the guest directly by phone or WhatsApp if needed. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the tour day.

Please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.

The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond the free 30 minutes or tour overtime beyond the selected duration may require an extra fee based on vehicle type: vehicles up to 13 seats cost JPY 5,000 per hour, 18-seat vehicles and 44-seat buses cost JPY 10,000 per hour.

If the pickup information is incorrect, incomplete, or we cannot contact you, the tour may not be provided as scheduled. Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by hotel, station, traffic, police instruction, or local regulations.

The night service period is from 22:00 to 07:00 the following day. An additional night service fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged for pick-up, drop-off, charter, waiting, and overtime services that take place during this period.

For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

Guests must provide accurate passenger and luggage quantities after placing their booking.If the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, guests will be required to upgrade to a larger vehicle or arrange an additional vehicle at an extra cost.All vehicle upgrades and additional vehicle arrangements are subject to availability.

Seasonal scenery, including autumn foliage and snow, cannot be guaranteed. Winter weather, snow, icy roads, traffic or temporary closures may affect the route and visiting time.
