Overview

Travel between central Chengdu and your arrival or departure point without arranging taxis, making train connections, or navigating unfamiliar streets with luggage. This private, one-way transfer connects approved city hotels and addresses with Chengdu Tianfu Airport (TFU), Shuangliu Airport (CTU), or Chengdu East Railway Station.

For arrivals, meet your driver at the confirmed airport or station pickup area. A complimentary name sign helps you find your ride. For departures, your driver collects you from the agreed hotel entrance and takes you directly to your selected terminal or station.

Choose the route that matches your airport or station, then select a sedan for up to 4 guests with 2 bags, a business MPV for up to 6 with 4–5 bags, or a premium van for up to 8 with 8–9 bags. Each air-conditioned vehicle is exclusively for your party, although pricing is per traveler. Ideal for families, small groups and visitors carrying luggage.

Pickup details

This is a private one-way transfer between Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU), Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU), or Chengdu East Railway Station and one confirmed hotel or address in central Chengdu. Airport and railway station arrivals and hotel departure transfers are available. After booking, please provide your travel date, transfer direction, flight or train number, arrival or departure time, terminal or station, full hotel name and address, requested pickup time for departures, passenger count including children and infants, luggage quantity and sizes, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp/WeChat contact.

For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor your flight and meet you at the confirmed arrival area with a complimentary name sign. Free airport waiting is 90 minutes from actual flight landing.

For Chengdu East Railway Station arrivals, the driver will meet you at the agreed exit or designated pickup area with a complimentary name sign, with 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled pickup time.

Hotel pickups also include 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled time. If stopping at the entrance is restricted, a nearby legal meeting point will be arranged. Additional waiting costs CNY 50 per hour. Pickups between 22:00 and 07:00 incur an additional CNY 30 per vehicle. Please notify us promptly of any changes. Extra stops, out-of-area addresses, additional railway stations, or luggage exceeding the selected vehicle's capacity require advance confirmation and may incur extra charges.
