Arriving in Beijing or heading home? Enjoy an easy, private one-way transfer between your hotel in Beijing's confirmed city service area and either Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). Travel in an air-conditioned vehicle reserved for your party, without navigating train connections or joining a shared shuttle.

For airport arrivals, your driver will greet you at the confirmed meeting point with a name sign. After collecting your luggage, head directly to your hotel. For departures, meet your driver at the agreed hotel entrance for a direct journey to your chosen airport terminal.

Choose your airport, travel direction, and group size when booking. This is one single-direction transfer; return journeys, sightseeing stops and transfers between PEK and PKX are not included. The service includes a private driver, but professional guiding and English-speaking service are not guaranteed.

For hotel, accommodation, or city pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby, at the main entrance, or at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup details

Private one-way transfers are available between Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) and hotels or confirmed addresses within the designated Beijing city service area.
Please select your airport and travel direction when booking. Each booking includes one journey only.
For airport arrivals, please provide your full name, flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, terminal, destination hotel name and address, passenger count, luggage details, and a reachable phone number, WhatsApp, or WeChat contact.
Your driver will meet you at the confirmed airport arrivals meeting point, holding a complimentary sign with the lead passenger's name. The meeting location will depend on the airport and terminal.
Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting, calculated from the flight's actual landing time.
For airport departures, please provide your hotel name, full pickup address, flight number, departure time, terminal, passenger count, and luggage details. Your driver will collect you at the scheduled time from the hotel lobby or a confirmed nearby meeting point.

Hotel and city pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting is charged according to the selected vehicle.

MAX6: CNY 100/hour
MAX8: CNY 150/hour
A night-service surcharge of CNY 100 per booking applies to service between 22:00 and 06:00.
