Travel between Hong Kong Airport (HKG) and your hotel by private Toyota Alphard. Pay per traveler, with no shared passengers.

Routes: HKG to/from Hong Kong Island (all road-accessible districts) or Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Hung Hom and Yau Ma Tei in Kowloon. Select one direction and area. Each one-way booking includes one pickup and one drop-off.

Hours: 07:00-21:00. Airport arrivals: 90 minutes free from landing; hotel departures: 30 minutes free from pickup time. Extra waiting: CNY 200/hour, paid to driver. Service after 21:00: CNY 100 extra, subject to confirmation.

Standard airport pickup uses WhatsApp/phone. Name-sign Meet & Greet: CNY 50 per booking. Up to 6 guests including infants and four 28-inch cases. No guide or guaranteed English-speaking driver. Extra stops and out-of-zone trips cost more. Send flight, hotel and luggage details after booking.

Pickup details

After booking, send your flight number/date, hotel name and full address, pickup time, passenger details (including infants), bag counts/sizes, and phone/WhatsApp. Choose the correct direction and Hong Kong Island or eligible Kowloon area.

HKG arrivals: After immigration, baggage claim and customs, follow your driver's WhatsApp/phone directions to the agreed airport pickup area. Basic pickup has no name sign. Optional Meet & Greet (CNY 50 per booking) provides name-sign greeting in the confirmed public arrivals hall. Free waiting: 90 minutes from actual landing.

Hotel departures: Wait in the lobby or at the agreed hotel entrance at pickup time. Free waiting: 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Restricted roads may require a nearby legal meeting point.

Extra waiting: CNY 200/hour, paid directly to the driver. Service after 21:00: CNY 100 extra, subject to confirmation. Standard hours: 07:00-21:00. One pickup and one drop-off per booking.
