Overview

Arrive at Kansai International Airport (KIX) and travel directly to your Osaka or Kyoto hotel in a private vehicle. Avoid train changes and luggage hassles. Meet your driver in arrivals with a free name sign.

Default routes: KIX Terminal 1 or 2 → central Osaka, OR KIX Terminal 1 or 2 → central Kyoto. Choose your destination when booking. This is a one-way airport arrival transfer: no return or sightseeing stops.

Prices are per traveler, but your booking gets a private vehicle, never shared with unrelated guests. Book for every passenger and choose a vehicle that fits everyone and their bags.

We monitor your flight and include 90 minutes of waiting from actual landing. After booking, send flight number, terminal, hotel address, passenger and bag counts, and phone/WhatsApp. Driver only; no guide or guaranteed English-speaking driver. Extra waiting, night service and out-of-area drop-off cost extra.

Your driver will meet you in the public arrivals hall of your confirmed KIX terminal (T1 or T2), after immigration, baggage claim and customs, holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. The exact meeting point will be confirmed before arrival. Do not leave the agreed area if you cannot find your driver; call or message them.

After booking, provide flight number and landing time, terminal if known, full Osaka/Kyoto destination address, all passengers (including children), bag numbers/sizes and a working phone or WhatsApp.

Flight status is monitored. Waiting is free for 90 minutes from actual landing; immigration and baggage collection count within this period. Extra waiting: JPY 5,000/hour, subject to availability. Night service (22:00-07:00): JPY 2,000 extra. Additional stops and out-of-area drop-offs require a quote.

Alphard: up to 6 guests, 4 large 28in cases. Hiace: up to 9 guests, 15 bags (size dependent).
