Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations or agreed pickup points within Osaka city.

Please provide your exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, pickup time, passenger number, luggage quantity and reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking.

For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time and preferred exit in advance.

The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Overtime beyond the free waiting time or beyond the booked duration may require an additional fee of JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles up to 14 seats.

The knife workshop requires advance reservation. The sightseeing order may be adjusted depending on workshop availability.

Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted if parking restrictions or local regulations apply.
