This is a private transportation service only. Sightseeing stops, meals and guided services are not included, and an English-speaking driver is not guaranteed. Travel usually takes approximately 3–5 hours depending on pickup location, traffic, weather, road conditions and winter snow conditions.

Pickup details

Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations and confirmed addresses within the selected Tokyo service area. Drop-off is available at hotels, ski resorts, hot spring accommodations and other confirmed locations within the selected Yuzawa service area.
After booking, please provide the lead traveler's name, exact pickup address, hotel or accommodation name, requested pickup time, exact destination, passenger number, luggage quantity, ski or snowboard equipment details, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact.
For hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. For apartments or private accommodations, please wait at the main building entrance unless another meeting point has been confirmed. Due to parking or road restrictions, the driver may request a nearby legal pickup point.
Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes may incur an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour.
Night service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 fee.
