Pickup is available at confirmed hotels or city addresses within Tokyo's 23 wards. Drop-off is at ONE confirmed hotel, chalet or resort in the Nagano or Echigo destination zone covered by your booked fare.

At least 24 hours before travel, send your complete pickup and drop-off addresses, pickup time, number of guests, suitcase and ski/snowboard bag dimensions, phone/WhatsApp number and child-seat requests.

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby or the agreed safe pickup point. Free waiting: 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Extra waiting: JPY 5,000/hour. Night service between 22:00 and 07:00: JPY 2,000 per booking.

Alphard: maximum 6 guests and four 28-inch suitcases. Hiace: maximum 9 guests and up to fifteen 28-inch suitcases with standard loading. Ski gear and child seats reduce available luggage space; confirm all items in advance. Excess luggage may require a paid upgrade or additional vehicle. Extra stops, detours and destinations outside the booked zone require advance approval and a separate quote.
